There was a total of 1369 Single Family homes sold between January 1, 2011 and January 1, 2012 with a average days on market of 116.

The total Sell Price volume was $241,228,351 with a total List Price volume of $252,096,100 making the List to Sell Ratio 96%. Obviously, these numbers are an average.
